Better Trucks is seeking Independent Contractors (1099) for high-density last-mile parcel delivery in the Austin area and surrounding zones. We are one of America's fastest-growing last-mile delivery companies
Why Contract with BT?
- Daily Settlements: Finish your route, get paid the same day.
- Flat-Rate Block: We pay by the route, not the hour. Increase your margin by being efficient.
- Dense Routes: Routes optimized for 2–6-hour windows to keep your mileage as low as possible.
- Flexibility: We have routes Monday - Friday. Choose the zones that work for you!
Vehicle Requirements: Use your own vehicle!
- Sedans / SUVs / Minivans / Cargo Vans
- Pickups (Must have a hard-shell cover/cap)
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
- Ability to lift/carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the US (Subject to background check).
