Project Coordinator (NVD - SVC)
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in the successful planning and execution of shipping and logistics projects. This role serves as a vital link to ensure shipments are completed on time and within scope. Typical responsibilities include tracking project data, preparing reports, and facilitating team communication. Key skills include strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning and executing shipping and logistics projects.
- Track project data, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, departments, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or issues to Project Managers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
- Support coordination of resources, shipments, and logistics activities as required.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in project coordination or logistics support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Office-based role with interaction across internal teams and external partners.
- May involve coordination with shipping, logistics, and operational departments.
- Requires monitoring and tracking of ongoing projects and shipments.
