Position Description:

The Finance Reporting Manager - located at Goodyear's Houston Chemical, will present timely/accurate financial reports and provide meaningful financial information/analysis for cross-functional business decisions. This is a financial support role for Chemical Finance Management - Providing quality analysis that leads to correct strategic/tactical business decisions. The incumbent is responsible for leading/driving financial business analysis and financial analysis/estimating - In support of the Chemical Sales channels and other strategic projects. You will partner with the Chemical Finance Manager and Plant/Division Leadership as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, driving finance systems and overall process improvements.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead/Oversee financial analysis of data/trends to provide meaningful information for Chemical activities - Interacting with the Sales team, Chemical plants (4) and division leadership to provide understanding/interpretation of these results/trend.
• Support the Chemical division through the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting process - Working with team to drive business results (including select month-end closing activities).
• Support the Repatriation and United States (U.S.) Plant Pricing processes through the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting process (includes working with the Purchasing/Manufacturing Finance teams.
• Support the consolidation of core financial processes and the preparation of the AOP.
• Manage internal processes by supporting process improvements - Driving consistency/accuracy in FP&A reporting. Lead/Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance

• Experience in supporting large operations, business or support functions
• Project Management experience
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to develop team members through sharing best practices.
