Snelling Staffing is searching for experienced Full-Time High-Pressure Water Blasters ($17.00/hr) to join a contractor in the paint shop area at a local automotive manufacturing plant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits!
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- 4 Days, 40 Hours! (1st Shift)
- Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two weekdays 6AM-4PM or 8AM-6PM (Actual Shift will be determined upon placement)
- Starting at $17.00/hr + depending on experience
- South San Antonio area
- Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

HIGH-PRESSURE WATER BLASTER DUTIES:
- Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (up to 40,000 psi) to clean industrial surfaces and machinery such as vehicle dollies, skids and/or carriers, grate blasting, structural steel, and tanks
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Other non-water blasting tasks such as sweeping, scraping, scrubbing, etc.
- Very physical, non-production, non-assembly position in hot, humid environment
HIGH-PRESSURE WATER BLASTER REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Have reliable transportation
