• Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 annually based on performance, experience, and sales ability

• Commission: 10% on sales opportunities you generate and close

• Schedule: Full-time with work hours between 7 AM to 7 PM based on appointments

• Expected Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week with overtime opportunities

Your New Role

• Work as a Service Sales Technician serving Austin, Texas (78610) and surrounding areas including Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and or light commercial HVAC systems

• Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and upgrade options

• Identify and present opportunities for equipment upgrades, service plans, and system replacements

• Deliver clear, honest, and persuasive recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Maintain accurate service records and sales documentation

• Represent the company with professionalism on every service call

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience

• Experience working with refrigeration systems

• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC systems

• Proven ability to communicate with customers and recommend solutions

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and rotating weekends
