Your New Role

• Work as a Service Sales Technician serving Buda, Texas, Austin, and surrounding communities throughout Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment

• Explain HVAC system performance, repair options, and energy-efficiency opportunities clearly to customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC repairs, equipment upgrades, replacement systems, and service agreements

• Generate and close qualifying HVAC sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach

• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, professional HVAC service

• Complete service records, customer documentation, and sales paperwork accurately

• Represent Climate Mechanical professionally during every service call and customer interaction

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience

• Experience working with refrigeration systems

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance skills

• Ability to service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

• Ability to communicate technical information and HVAC solutions clearly to customers

• Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions

• Sales-focused approach with the ability to generate and close opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends
