Branch Manager

ASCO Equipment has career opportunities for a Branch Manager in Little Elm, Texas . We are seeking a high energy and ambitious individual with a history of managerial success, and a passion for excellence. Qualified persons will be ready to support the growth targets through exceptional customer service to increase overall business opportunities. The Branch Manager will be instrumental in supporting the team to reach its business goals through profitable revenue generation. Branch Managers are the area leaders of ASCO’s business enterprise. They coordinate with the Regional Vice President and department heads to develop competitive programs to attract and support customers while growing company market share, revenue and profit. In addition, the Branch Manager will have the opportunity to hire and motivate a stellar team in the various roles of equipment sales, rentals, service and parts departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee management including hiring, motivating, and training.
• Strategic and tactical business development.
• Profit and Loss management and utilization management.
• Develop annual operating budget plan.
• Responsible for implementing, executing, and managing the plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years dealership business management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience with proven customer service and sales success.
• Ideal candidate will be a self starter and require minimal supervision.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate highly effective teammates.
• Excellent computer and written/verbal communication skills.
