Owner Relations Tech
Position Summary: The main responsibility of this position is to provide information and assistance to Range's lessors, royalty interest owners, overriding interest owners, and working interest owners in response to verbal and written inquiries regarding leases, interests, and payments and support to the land administration department.
Responsibilities:
- Return owner telephone calls within 48 hours of the message. Will handle phone calls up to 80% of the workday. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Conduct owner/royalty relations by documenting calls from royalty, overriding, and working interest owners. Verify information with research in the Horizon system and maintain an accurate database within ServiceNow.
- Facilitate discussion with owners in order to determine the issue and provide a solution if able to do so with information on hand, or direct more complex issues in accordance with departmental procedures. Continue to follow up with owner on status if information is forwarded to additional personnel to address inquiry. Provide assistance to owners with changes and/or updates to their accounts
- - address changes, mailing out deceased letters, and transfer requirements for various areas, etc. in order to establish any changes to the distribution of revenue.
- May assist higher level techs with owner and Range personnel e-mail inquiries and effectively resolve issues within 48 hours.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

- Work as a member of a team to support department goals and to ensure efficient operations and enhance productivity
- Deal positively, respectfully, and professionally with team members and others throughout the company
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED, some college preferred Minimum Experience: 1+ years' in call center environment or other applicable experience; oil/gas preferred Professional Certifications/Training Preferred: Notary license
Skills: Excellent Communication (verbal and written), professional phone etiquette, ability to remain calm under pressure, organizational skills, time management skills, general administrative skills Equipment/Machinery: Microsoft office, Horizon/AS 400, Scanning software, 10-key, ServiceNow software
