We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Assistant with hands-on experience using HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) to join our growing team in Houston, TX (77086). This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate or online property listings who enjoys customer interaction, data entry, and supporting sales teams with accurate and timely digital information.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update property listings on HAR.com and other online platforms
2. Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries via email, phone, or chat
3. Track leads and follow up to ensure high conversion rates
4. Coordinate with sales agents to schedule appointments and showings
5. Prepare and maintain digital marketing materials, including photos and descriptions for property listings
6. Ensure all online listing information is accurate and up to date
7. Assist in compiling sales reports and tracking performance metrics

Responsibilities Qualifications and Requirements:

1. ·Experience with HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) platform required
2. 1-2 years of experience in internet sales, real estate, or customer service preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The base salary range for this position is $18/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
