Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for our Wellfit Pay platform and Integrations portfolio. This role will focus on both core platform functionality and external integrations that extend the value of our solutions. The Product Manager will serve as the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery, ensuring that Wellfit Pay remains intuitive, scalable, and differentiated in the healthcare payments space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wellfit Pay and platform integrations.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Define and prioritize epics in partnership with engineering, design, architecture, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients, internal SMEs, and external partners to ensure integrations meet client and market needs.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities and potential partnerships to expand platform capabilities.
• Proactively identify product gaps, customer pain points, and operational inefficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to evaluate trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing for complex payment and integration features.
• Work closely with Product Owners and BAs to translate strategy into actionable technical requirements.
• Participate in roadmap reviews, client demos, and field feedback loops to continuously refine the product.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS platform products serving both SMB and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of platform integrations, APIs, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience managing complex B2B product roadmaps with multiple external dependencies.
• Background in payments processing, merchant services, healthcare revenue cycle, or financial technology is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity while balancing near-term delivery with long-term product vision.
• Experience working with Agile teams and iterative development cycles.
