Your New Role

You’ll work as a Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician based in Dallas, TX, handling a wide variety of service calls for both residential homes and commercial properties. Your role will focus on maintenance, repair, system diagnostics, and replacements.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems

• Handling routine maintenance and safety checks

• Troubleshooting equipment and advising clients on recommended solutions

• Replacing parts and components as needed

• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and vehicle

• Following safety protocols and company procedures

• Providing professional communication and customer service

• 3+ years of HVAC experience in residential and commercial service

• Strong skills in diagnostics and system troubleshooting

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Professional communication skills and customer service mindset

• Willingness to be available for occasional overtime or emergency calls
