Construction Assemblers – 1st Shift
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00am–1:30pm | Pay: $18/hr Open Positions & Key Qualifications
Assembly
- Handle materials, perform quality checks, assemble wall/floor panels.
- Use hand tools, tape measure, nail/staple guns, cordless drills.
- Fast-paced team environment.
- Finish door plugs and frames (install hinges, latches, gaskets, electrical components).
- Read blueprints (training available); fluent in tape measure to 1/16”.
- Prep and move panels, drill holes, load/unload using stackers.
- Basic tools and quality control.
- Complete final details (jamb guards, trims, vents), stack and inspect panels.
- Tape measure and attention to detail required; blueprint reading is a plus.
- Industrial hand tool experience
- Stand, lift up to 50 lbs
- Good tape measure skills
- Team attitude and high attention to detail
