Sr Site Superintendent

As a Sr Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of major data center construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for one or multiple data center buildings, major phases, or campus programs, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with contracted scopes of work and safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and address any non-compliance issues.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of jobsite activities and ensure the site remains clean and organized.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and assist in planning future activities.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work and address issues.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to address schedule slippage and ensure project milestones are met.
• Forecast manpower requirements and develop staffing plans for superintendents and shared resources.
• Lead shutdown and energization planning, including MOP reviews and utility outage coordination, ensuring zero unplanned outages.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, supporting their professional development and building a strong successor pipeline.
• Complete punch list identification and resolution, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including Division 2-10 trades (concrete through finish).
• 3+ years of experience in data center construction or a similar mission-critical environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously and coordinate diverse teams.
