Pharmacist Manager
A well-established independent community pharmacy in the Mansfield area is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead its friendly and supportive team.
Known locally for delivering excellent patient care and trusted healthcare services, the pharmacy offers a welcoming environment where you can focus on developing services, supporting patients, and driving the pharmacy forward.
You’ll be backed by an experienced senior management team, with opportunities for professional growth and a rewarding bonus structure linked to performance.
There is an uncapped bonus scheme which is performance related.
This is a permanent, full-time (5 days per week) role for a Pharmacist Manager.
4 days per week may also be considered.
Person specification:
- MPharm/equivalent with full GPhC registration
- Ideally 2-3 years post-registration experience
- Confident in leading & guiding the team
- Good communication skills with a friendly attitude
