Our client, a gaming startup, is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join their passionate team. Seeking an engineering leader experienced in real-time game infrastructures, and adept at guiding frontend, backend, and DevOps teams. Game dev knowledge, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset are key. Join us in revolutionizing gaming! Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and execution of robust backend services and frontend features for Poker and other casino games, collaborating closely with PMs and UI/UX designers.
• Drive optimization and refactoring efforts to enhance usability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of existing features.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and engineering standards within the team, fostering collaboration with platform teams company-wide.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of peers' work, offering valuable feedback and guidance.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and technical roadmaps for innovative architecture and system designs.
• Establish effective engineering processes and KPI metrics to uphold game and product quality standards.
• Mentor and oversee the growth of fellow engineers, providing coaching and leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in game development.
• Bachelor's (or Master's) in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in mobile game development.
• Expertise in building highly responsive systems for large user bases.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, container orchestration, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones, particularly with developers in India.
• Knowledge of mobile and PC game integrations, including analytics, marketing, and social features.
• Understanding of blockchain concepts, tokenomics, and NFTs.
• Experience with coachable methodologies and accurate task estimation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership.
