Customer Service Representative III
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate part, pump, and motor price quotes.
- Process customer orders and change requests in the ERP-LX Order Entry system.
- Maintain and update the Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.
- Assist with warranty claim processing and credit/no-charge requests.
- Provide order status updates and prepare customer communication folders.
- Support Sales teams with customer-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 Customer Service procedures.
- Perform tasks related to export compliance.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Education/Experience:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a Contact Center environment.
- Familiarity with multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, SMS) required.
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
