Asst Project Manager/Coordinator
Assistant Project Manager G2 is a full-service General Contractor & Restoration company servicing the North Texas region. We specialize in a broad scope of construction and repair services for both residential and commercial properties. Summary: The primary duty of the Assistant Project Manager is to assist Project Managers with administrative duties in preparing estimates, completing compliance tasks, contacting customers, preparing invoices, contacting subcontractors for residential projects. Reports: Project Manager Responsibilities: * Assist in getting documentation into our internal systems (DASH). * Prepare and distribute documentation across all divisions for customer review and signatures. * Collaborate with project and accounting teams to review job recaps, ensuring profitability goals and margin requirements are achieved. * Monitor and record technician timesheets to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked. * Oversee job compliance and performance metrics to ensure all projects meet established SLA Guidelines within TPA vendor systems. * Support the accounts receivable process by assisting with collection and payment follow-up activities. * Handle and route incoming calls from vendors, clients, and insurance adjusters to ensure prompt and professional communication * Assist with scheduling and coordinating initial inspections * Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and estimators to maintain current job data and support efficient project workflows * Collaborate with insurance adjusters to expedite approval and payment of mitigation claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms Requirements: * Relevant construction estimating experience including conceptual budgeting preferred. * A leader that assumes total responsibility for their work. * Knowledge of industry practices, procedures, and market trends preferred. * Dedicated, well organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. * Detailed oriented with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Ability to interact, develop, and maintain a positive professional relationship with all levels of personnel. * Meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Assist with review of basic software generated estimates for completion and technical accuracy ensuring quality and integrity. * Proven ability to remain organized while working under difficult conditions * Must be able to multitask and prioritize * Experience with DASH or Xactimate a plus but not required.
