Account Manager Support

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager Support to join AO Swag.
An Account Manager Support is responsible for the accuracy, organization, and operational execution of assigned accounts. This role builds the foundation for account growth by coordinating product setup, maintaining site consistency, tracking performance data, and supporting custom orders, promotions, and merchandising initiatives. The Account Manager Support ensures smooth internal processes that allow Account Managers to focus on strategy and client relationships.
This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments. By managing critical account operations behind the scenes, the Account Manager Support contributes directly to efficiency, accuracy, and long-term account success, while preparing for potential advancement into an Account Manager role.
Required Skills:
- Proven time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Analytical skills with ability to track and interpret data
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and support future growth into account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with online platforms a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate image, copy, and workflow processes for accurate and timely product setup on online client platforms.
- Ensure product visibility, pricing accuracy, and site consistency across all accounts.
- Partner with Program Management and Creative teams to execute merchandising initiatives and online store launches.
- Track and maintain product assortment details, including updates and support for merchandise acquisition.
- Compile and organize account data, including KPIs, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Support custom order processing by gathering quotes, placing orders, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist with operational tasks for promotions, product launches, and marketing updates.
- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support for account reviews and strategic planning.
