Job Title: IT Support
On-site in Longview 5 days a week - On call rotations
We are currently seeking an additional IT Support Generalists to join our expanding team in Longview, TX. As the company continues to grow, these additional hands will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT operations at the local site. These roles will involve a mix of phone-based and deskside support, including troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and conference room technology. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to resolve a wide variety of hardware and software issues. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to IT support are essential.
