Logistics Coordinator I

:

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Transportation Manager in handling day to day private fleet operations as well as assisting with shipment tracking, inbound work, and collecting data for private fleet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling all inbound PO?s coming into the DC?s.
• Coordinating returns and customer pickups.
• Tracking outbound Aramark shipments
• Daily routing of fleet personnel including modifying routes during the day due to any issues that arise.
• Booking of overnight run hotels each week for fleet personnel.
• Assigning and sending follow ups on all new driver and ongoing driver training including reporting to manager if drivers don?t complete training on time.
• Coordinating fleet maintenance and accident/roadside assistance with fleet personnel
• Tracking and updating key KPI statistics related to safety, service, cost, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma.

• Ability to work Saturday?s as business conditions require.
• One to three years experience in logistics coordinator or analyst role capacity.
• Experience with ERP systems, data entry, and routing software suites. DAX experience a plus.
• Warehouse operations experience preferred.
