Business analyst I
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer usage, forecasting, and billing data, managing the revenue intake process, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Key duties include quality control of data, tracking monthly metrics, resolving discrepancies, reconciling missing data, and communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate volumetric billing
Skills:
- 4-5+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Excel: Vlookups, Pivots, Delimited, etc
- Experience with SQL and Power BI
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
