Part-Time Landscaper/Groundskeeper
Immediately hiring a pert-time permanent Landscaper/Groundskeeper for a high-end condominium community on the northeast side of San Antonio.
Pay is $15/hr. to start then will increase to $17/hr. after evaluation period.
Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-noon (20-24 hrs. per week).
Duties:
- Hands-on maintenance, seasonal work, and light property support.
- Trimming and weed control.
- Mowing as needed.
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees.
- Pruning and trimming hedges.
- Mulching beds.
- Watering and irrigation checks.
- Removing dead plants and debris.
- Trimming low branches.
- Monitoring for disease or damage.
- Clean-up of winter debris.
- Preparing flower beds.
- Blowing leaves.
- Keeping sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas clean.
- Assisting maintenance team.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Must have previous community groundskeeping and/or landscaping experience.
- Looking for at least 1-2 years' experience.
- Seeking professional individual for high-end community owners
- Ability to work part-time hours.
- Background and drug screen will be conducted.
