Territory Sales Rep - Western Region

Description

Kula Bio, a rapidly growing and innovative start-up focused on manufacturing eco-friendly biofertilizers, is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Territory Sales Representative to help expand our footprint in the Western US region.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our commercial growth, representing a company that is dedicated to innovation in agriculture and sustainability. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing field-level sales activities, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue across your territory. Reporting directly to the Western Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in Kula Bio’s mission to support growers with cutting-edge, sustainable solutions.

On a typical day, you’ll be engaged in a variety of activities that combine sales strategy with hands-on customer interaction. You’ll visit farms, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up on field trials, all while fostering strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners. Your role will also involve gathering valuable customer feedback and market insights, which will inform the broader commercial team. You’ll be working in close collaboration with the technical support and marketing teams to ensure that each customer receives an exceptional experience, from initial contact to ongoing product support.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing positions, ideally within agriculture, AgTech, or related industries. A background in biological sales is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a knack for building lasting relationships are essential, as is the ability to travel frequently within the assigned region. Salary Description

$75k - $120k base
