Overview This hybrid role is designed to combine the responsibilities of Investor Relations (75%) with executive support duties for the CEO (25%). The position focuses primarily on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth, while also providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
Duties
Investor Relations (75%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, regularly checking in to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions, including opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver on client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and insights using CRM tools, and prepare regular reports on client status and relationship metrics.
- Leverage technology (CRM, scheduling software, social media) to personalize client interactions and streamline processes.
CEO Support (25%)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel and meetings to maximize executive efficiency.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO, often handling confidential information.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Support executive outreach, special projects, and follow-up on key business initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing executive meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, scheduling software, and MS Office suite.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and teamwork, comfortable working in a dynamic, hybrid role spanning departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,415.00 - $94,786.00 per year
