Responsibilities

Production & Assembly Associate

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our operations across two clean, climate-controlled facilities . Your role will focus on either small-piece detail assembly (handling detail-parts) or mechanical assembly (using various hand and power tools to build sub-assemblies). These are entry-level opportunities with comprehensive hands-on training, though candidates must bring some prior related work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, trade, or hands-on environment. If you take pride in quality workmanship and are eager to expand your technical skills, we are willing to train and support your growth.

Key Requirements:

• Safety & Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are strictly required at all times or steel-toe.

• Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, hand-tool usage, or general detail-oriented production work is required.

• Skills & Physical Abilities: manual dexterity, high attention to detail, ability to follow written/visual work instructions, and the capability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive hands-on tasks throughout a shift.

• Work Ethic: Punctual, safety-minded, and ready to learn in a comfortable, temperature-controlled shop environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 20lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
