Frontend Developer Role (OmniScript + LWC)

We are looking for a talented Frontend Salesforce Developer to build dynamic, user-centric interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). The ideal candidate will focus on delivering optimized, mobile-first solutions that improve user experience across the Salesforce platform. 

  IMPORTANT THE BELOW CERTIFICATIONS FOR SALESFORCE ARE REQUIRED (at least 4 of them) the credentials will be checked during the process

Desired Skills: 

• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Expertise in developing reusable, dynamic, and highly optimized LWC components, ensuring scalability and performance in front-end applications. 

• Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): Proficient in leveraging SLDS to create consistent, responsive, and visually engaging UI designs across all Salesforce applications. 

• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+): In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript features such as Promises, Async/Await, and ES6+ classes, enabling the development of responsive, interactive, and efficient web components. 

• Responsive Design: Specializing in mobile-first, responsive web design to ensure seamless user experiences across a wide range of devices, from mobile to desktop. 

• Dynamic Forms & UI: Skilled in building dynamic forms with conditional logic, and effectively handling large datasets using advanced techniques like pagination and lazy loading for optimal performance. 

• Performance Optimization: Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and using optimization techniques such as code splitting, minification, and lazy loading for optimal LWC performance. 

• Custom UI Integration: Extensive experience in integrating LWC components with third-party libraries and external services, enhancing UI functionality and enriching user interactions. 

• UI/UX Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that the user interface is aligned with the overall user experience, improving the usability and aesthetics of the product. 

• Unit Testing (Jest): Proficient in writing thorough unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest to ensure robust, reliable, and high-quality front-end code. 

• Experience Cloud Configuration: Skilled in configuring and building custom components for Salesforce Experience Cloud, aimed at enhancing user engagement and interaction with tailored solutions. 

• Security & Data Handling: Expertise in managing secure data operations and adhering to front-end security standards, ensuring compliance with best practices and safeguarding user data. 

General Skills: 

• Salesforce DX (SFDX) & GIT: Skilled in using Salesforce DX and GIT for managing front-end development processes, ensuring version control and seamless collaboration within a front-end team. 

• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Familiar with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, enabling efficient sprint planning, team collaboration, and on-time delivery of high-quality front-end solutions. 

• Code Reviews & Best Practices: Capable of conducting peer code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to front-end development best practices. 

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, ensuring alignment on project goals. 

• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Adept at identifying and resolving front-end issues using debugging tools, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.
