Responsibilities

• Manage shared inboxes and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Prepare, format, and organize documents, forms, and reports
• Support team members with general administrative tasks and communications
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and file systems
• Collaborate across departments to support project coordination
• Deliver work that is organized, precise, and timely

Qualifications

• Prior experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or office coordination preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Adobe PDF
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Dependable with a quiet home office and reliable internet connection
