Sourcing Specialist

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX with $32/hr pay for a 1 year contract (potential temp to hire opportunity) . This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely purchase order execution, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system. What You’ll Do:

• Place, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support seamless PO execution.
• Manage and resolve issues related to orders, schedules, and supplier performance.
• Update ERP systems with order details, changes, and status updates.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and procurement initiatives.
• Contribute as a key team member on projects, typically completing work goals within 1–3 months.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
