Location: Northeast Houston, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 40–60 Hours per Week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Package finished products according to customer specifications.
• Use banding, strapping, and shrink-wrap equipment.
• Build and secure pallets for shipment.
• Measure and verify product dimensions and weights.
• Stage and move materials using a forklift as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, or industrial experience required.
• Experience with packaging equipment and material handling.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Safety Requirements:

• Must be clean-shaven for proper respirator fit.
• Must be able to wear a respirator throughout the shift.
• Must follow all required safety and hygiene procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
