Implementation Specialist (HRIS)
JSR Services is looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist that will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and maintenance of HRIS solutions. Your expertise will be essential in streamlining HR processes, increasing data accuracy, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend HRIS enhancements to align with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by performing regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining data hygiene standards.
- Provide user training and support to ensure proper system utilization and empower employees to leverage HRIS functionalities effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS functionality, integrations, and data flow.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and HRIS systems to propose continuous improvements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HRIS systems or upgrades, considering scalability, security, and user experience.
- Contribute to the development of HRIS documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to address system updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HRIS implementation and administration. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Ability to lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions. Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
