Shift Leader Supervisor

You’re the calm during the rush, the problem solver behind the scenes, and the leader helping the team deliver a fast, consistent, high-energy guest experience every day.

We’re looking for leaders who bring accountability, urgency, communication, and a strong team-first mentality to every shift.

Position Type:

• Full-time Schedule
  • Weekdays and weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Morning shifts (During our operating hours)
• Starting Pay: $19 + tips (can range from additional $4-6/hr)

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Open and close shifts to Eggman standards
• Lead the team during shifts with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
• Manage shift operations in the absence of a manager
• Help maintain fast ticket times while ensuring food quality and guest experience standards
• Support full operations wherever needed
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards throughout the shift
• Coach and support crew members during live operations
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Proactively lead inventory counts, organization, and stock management
• Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and shift transitions
• Help solve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and consistent attendance; including reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead calmly in fast-paced environments
• Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry 10–50 lbs regularly
• Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings
