Crew Leader - Residential Enhancements
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Enhancements Crew Leaders to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a crew focused on delivering high-quality landscape enhancements to our residential clients’ properties. If you have a passion for landscaping, enjoy working with homeowners, and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a crew to complete residential landscape enhancement projects on time and according to company standards
- Interpret and execute landscape plans, designs, and homeowner requests
- Oversee the installation of softscape elements (plants, sod, mulch) and hardscape features (pavers, stonework, edging)
- Ensure proper and safe use of tools and equipment
- Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments to ensure a polished finished product
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting growth and safety on-site
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and project managers regarding job status, changes, or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Complete required paperwork including timesheets, job updates, and material usage
- Jump in wherever needed to ensure project success
- 2+ years of experience in residential landscape enhancements or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Solid knowledge of residential installation practices, plant material, irrigation basics, and hardscaping
- Ability to read and understand residential landscape plans and translate them into action
- Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
