Position Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for connecting with homeowners and scheduling consultations for our roofing sales team. This is a vital role that helps drive business growth by generating qualified appointments through phone calls, canvassing, and lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to schedule roofing inspection appointments.

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate new leads when possible.

• Clearly communicate company services, promotions, and value propositions to homeowners.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM software.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are qualified and ready.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals.

• Represent American National Roofing in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, canvassing, or appointment setting preferred (but not required – training provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.

• Basic computer and CRM skills are a plus.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
