Grant Strategy Associate (Houston)
Job Summary
The Grant Strategy Associate provides support to the grant management process within the Stoller Foundation. They assist the Managers and other members of the foundation's team in supporting grant-related partnerships and activities, including application processing, data management, communication with grantees, and monitoring grant progress. The Grant Strategy Associate plays a pivotal role in advancing the Foundations grantmaking efforts by supporting the strategic planning, execution, and timely management of grants and related projects. The Grant Strategy Associate will have a keen understanding of evangelism and how sharing the good news of Christ relates to the Great Commission.

Maintenance and collating reporting data and recordkeeping.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Contribute to identifying potential grantees that align with the Foundations mission and values.
Process and review grant applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to guidelines.
Assist Grant Managers by helping grantees set goals and develop capacity-building plans.
Support due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, organizational assessments, site visits, and impact evaluations.
Monitor active grants, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and project milestones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant records in the Foundations grant management system.
Address any grant-related challenges, offering guidance and support to grantees as needed.
Serve as a primary point of contact for grantees, managing grant-related inquiries on behalf of the Grant Managers.
Draft and distribute grant-related correspondence, such as approval notices, declination letters, and award confirmations.
Facilitate communication between the Grant Managers and grantees, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for events, conferences, and meetings.
Provide support for special initiatives, including marketing, program development, and internal projects as assigned.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Experience with data processing and productivity tools preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with grant management systems is a plus.
Knowledge of grantmaking, nonprofits, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of project management and/or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Experience with fundraising, grant writing, or financial development is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
