Office Manager for Theatre School
Theatre 360 is seeking an office manager who is ready to work in a fast-paced fun environment, is detailed-oriented, and reliable. You'll work alongside the Artistic Director/CEO and handle daily administrative tasks as well as various projects as assigned. As Theatre 360 also puts on musicals/plays, you'll assist and work during any production period (further explanation below).
Schedule:
- September-May, weekday 8 hour shifts are between 10am-8pm as Theatre 360 classes are after school, there is some flexibility in scheduling.
- June-August, hours are 8:00am-4:00pm as we provide all day summer camps.
- This position also works any production weekend.
Responsibilities:
Classes & Admin
- Providing customer service, answering phones and emails, assisting clients with registering and answering inquiries about T360 programs and classes
- Using our registration program, Sawyer Tools, to upload, keep track, and manage classes
- Updating and maintaining our Wordpress website
- Helping with marketing including, but not limited to:
- Creating flyers, postcards, brochures
- Using Constant Contact to send marketing emails
- Calling clients with reminders or personal emails
- Posting events/shows on website calendars
- Checking-in students, keeping track of attendance and any classroom issues reported by teachers
- Supporting teaching staff by making sure they have correct schedules, attendance sheets, and making copies
- Making sure children on the premise are always safe, accounted for, and never left unattended
- Keeping track of office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining the office and studio space making sure all areas are clean and tidy
Productions
- Making sure all information about a production (ie. auditions, schedules, policies, show dates) are up-to-date on the website and marketed to our clientele
- Assisting at auditions with check-in and paperwork
- Sending updates and corresponding with the cast regularly with all pertinent information
- Helping the director with gathering and organizing props/costumes
- Working with the Artistic Director to secure a venue for each production
- Setup tickets on our ticketing platform
- During tech week and shows, supporting the director wherever needed - main focus is usually front of house handling box office, patrons, parent volunteers, concessions etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in an office setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background check and fully vaccinated against COVID
- Experience with performing arts organizations a plus
- Experience being around or working with children a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and PC computers
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Photo Shop a plus!
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and work quickly
- Proven track record of reliability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
