Digital Member Experience Specialist
Location: Lewisville, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay Range: $21.65 - $27.00 per hour
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Digital Member Experience Specialist to join our team in Lewisville, TX. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in both financial services and sales who enjoy helping customers achieve their financial goals through digital channels.
In this position, you will build and strengthen member relationships through email, live chat, video chat, social media, secure messaging, and phone interactions. You will assist members with account maintenance, transactions, new account openings, loan applications, and financial solutions while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service through digital channels including email, live chat, video chat, secure messaging, and social media.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and assist members with account maintenance requests.
• Accept and process consumer loan applications.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Generate new memberships, deposits, and lending opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service goals.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Provide backup support to the call center by handling inbound member calls.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in community and local business development events as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum experience working in a sales-focused role with proven success meeting goals and objectives.
• Previous experience within the financial services industry (credit union, bank, mortgage, lending, financial institution, or related environment).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and internet-based applications.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Comfortable using digital communication platforms including live chat, video conferencing, chatbots, and social media.
• Ability to analyze member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience opening accounts and processing loan applications.
• Knowledge of consumer banking, credit union, or lending products.
• Experience working toward sales, referral, or production goals.
