Fullstack Software Engineer

We are seeking talented and experienced Fullstack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud, with a bonus if they have experience in digital health technologies. As a crucial member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our products to deliver exceptional user experiences.
The role can be for a principal, lead, staff or senior title depending on experience and career preference of the candidate.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.
Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability.
Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment.
Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies.
A history of delivery on high impact organizational projects.
Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Passion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
Commitment to following best practices and standards for software development.
Wants to be part of building an engineering team from the ground up.
Participation in on-call rotation.
