CONTROLLER – DFW – INTERVIEWING NOW!

This is a ground floor and groundbreaking opportunity for a go-getter that wants to be part of a growing company and be the CFO’s right hand. This company is trying to position itself as a next-gen biotech using natural compounds to attack cancer and support longevity.
The role:

• GAAP intensive at first; ME close and general accounting
• Supervise the accounting department, from A to Z
• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Hire, train and develop accounting and finance staff
• Tons of special projects
• Accounting department will be fast growing; this person will be hiring 3 to 5 people this year
• Work with a strong CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least two years of leadership experience
• 10 or more years of experience
• Combo of public and private preferred but not a must
• CPA preferred
• Strong history of project management
• Someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional understanding of GAAP
• Understands and enjoys a dynamic fast-paced environment
