Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. Your duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and performing laundry tasks. Duties

– Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry facilities.
– Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothes.
– Ensure all linens and towels are properly cleaned and replaced.
– Maintain the cleanliness of all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
– Ensure all floors are clean and well-maintained.
– Clean and organize the hotel’s public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, and dining areas.
– Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free of clutter.
– Follow all safety and health protocols.
– Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the hotel management team.
– Collaborate with other housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
– Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
– Knowledge of industrial cleaning and custodial practices.
– Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Ability to follow housekeeping management guidelines and protocols.
– Certification in housekeeping or laundry management is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
