RN - Clinic Nurse (Job Overview)

Schedule: 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion pre-visit planning with cutting-edge digital tools to enhance patient charts and streamline services.
  • Collaborate with physicians/providers to ensure seamless care delivery and address incomplete patient orders.
  • Innovate patient preparation processes by integrating technology for efficient examination and treatment workflows.
  • Revolutionize patient care services, including injections, EKGs, and OB/GYN exams, using advanced medical equipment.
  • Drive efficient medication management leveraging state-of-the-art systems and protocols.
  • Maintain and optimize clinical supplies and equipment for breakthrough care delivery.
  • Harness digital communication channels for effective patient triaging and response within practice policies.
  • Facilitate seamless scheduling of tests and treatments, integrating digital tools for pre-certification and referrals.
  • Contribute to policy development that supports innovative care models.
  • Engage in professional development to lead the charge in healthcare innovation.
  • Ensure a safe, tech-enhanced environment with robust safety protocols and universal precautions.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic team to achieve clinic goals and revolutionize community health outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed in the State of Texas as an RN, with an Unrestricted Texas RN license or valid compact state licensure.
  • BLS (CPR & AED) Certified, leading in emergency readiness.
  • A minimum of 1 year of innovative nursing experience in relevant settings.
  • Expertise in medical practice, care, examination, and advanced treatment room procedures.
  • Proficient in utilizing medical equipment and instruments for cutting-edge healthcare delivery.
  • Knowledgeable about common safety hazards and adopting precautionary measures.
