Apartment Groundskeeper (General Labor)

Groundskeeper – Property Management

Location: Dallas, TX 75204

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $16-$17 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our residential community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive property management team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds: remove trash, debris, and pet waste.
• Sweep, blow, and clean sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, and building exteriors.
• Assist with basic landscaping: trimming, weeding, mulching, watering, and seasonal upkeep.
• Clean common areas, including pool areas, laundry rooms, and outdoor amenities.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or property damage.
• Support maintenance team with light tasks as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
