As a Transportation Senior Project Manager in our El Paso office, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping West Texas infrastructure. • Lead planning, design, and execution of roadway and highway projects

• Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth

• Collaborate with top-tier Engineers and Designers to solve complex design challenges

• Drive project success through leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement

• Mentor and inspire a high-performing design team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions and presentations to clients and agencies

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Texas PE License

•20+ years of roadway design and geometrics experience

• Experience with DOT, County, or Municipal projects

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead collaborative teams

• Proven leadership and team development skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Deep knowledge of the El Paso transportation and strong client relationships

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

134,500.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

210,250.00

The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $210,250.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
