Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily transportation schedules
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates
• Track loads and update dispatch and transportation systems
• Resolve scheduling issues and service interruptions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
• Communicate with internal teams and customers as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Dispatcher Qualifications:

Familiar with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Coordinated between ports and rail pickups/deliveries.

Route planning for route optimization dispatches.

Manage driver schedules for HOS compliance, Monitor shipments for on-time service.

Communicate service exceptions, between drivers, customer service teams, and vendor relations group.

Administrative duties including billing entry, driver settlement reviews, and other applicable admin duties.
