CAD Designer
CAD Designer Civil Engineering (Austin or San Antonio, TX)
Location: Austin or San Antonio, TX
Work Type: Full-time | Hybrid schedule
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
About the Role:
A leading civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a CAD Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, thrives in a collaborative team, and enjoys turning concepts into precise, build-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed civil design and construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Support engineers on grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout design
- Maintain and apply drawing standards, templates, and design best practices
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation and ensure quality control
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of CAD design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in land development or civil/site design projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
