Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking two Front Office Specialists to join our client’s team—one in Roanoke and one in Flower Mound. These contract-to-hire roles are ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and experience in medical office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate documentation
• Answer patient questions regarding insurance coverage and EOBs
• Handle billing tasks and assist with insurance follow-up as needed
• Manage phone calls with insurance companies (government and commercial)
• Support a patient volume of 25–30 per day in Flower Mound and 10–12 per day in Roanoke
• Provide excellent customer service, especially for elderly patients

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of front or back office medical experience
• Medicare experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation required
