Part-Time PRN Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Borger, Texas
At H2 Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional outpatient therapy services while fostering a supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a Part-Time PRN Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Borger, Texas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their rehabilitation journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with established treatment protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensure: Current or eligible state license to practice (PT or PTA).
- Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
