We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our growing cloud team. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage robust cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, adhering to best practices and security principles.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Azure solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
• Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and security services within the Azure platform.
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity and data protection.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure cloud-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure services and functionalities.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
• Mentor and guide junior cloud engineers within the team (Preferred).

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of demonstrably successful experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services (compute, storage, networking, security, etc.) and their functionalities.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform (Preferred).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI) for automating cloud infrastructure tasks.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices for cloud environments.
• Experience with DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) (Preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for cloud technology and a desire to learn and adapt to new advancements.
