THE TEAM
You will be part of the Front Office team within Guest Services, reporting to the Front Office Manager. This team plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, acting as the first and last impression of the hotel while ensuring seamless service and support throughout each guest’s stay.YOUR ROLE
As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. You will ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, while supporting the overall guest journey through efficient luggage handling, knowledgeable communication, and personalized service.HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their guestrooms while introducing hotel services and features
- Deliver prompt and attentive service by anticipating guest needs and responding to requests efficiently throughout their stay
- Transport, store, and retrieve guest luggage accurately and securely, including support with room changes and departures
- Provide clear and engaging explanations of guestroom features, hotel amenities, and safety procedures
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, daily activities, and local attractions to confidently assist with guest inquiries
- Ensure all public areas, luggage storage rooms, and equipment are clean, organized, and maintained to high standards

- You remain calm under pressure, using sound judgment to resolve guest concerns effectively

- You are organized and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- You are physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items as required, with a strong awareness of safety practices
