· Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily transportation trips
· Monitor driver routes and adjust schedules as needed
· Communicate with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities
· Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for medical appointments
· Handle incoming calls and trip requests
· Track trip information and maintain accurate records
· Resolve scheduling issues or delays quickly
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedure
