Forklift and Reach Truck - Now Hiring

Maximize your efficiency in the tightest spaces! We are hiring dedicated reach truck forklift operators focused on driving high throughput in very narrow aisle (VNA) environments. If speed, accuracy, and safe operation in high-density storage are your strengths, this role offers consistent full-time hours, great pay, and a dynamic team setting with a logistics leader.

Your responsibilities:
- High-speed replenishment: Quickly and accurately move pallets from reserve storage down to picking levels using the reach truck to maintain constant inventory availability.
- Execute all movements within the narrow aisle system with professional efficiency, minimizing aisle congestion and maximizing material flow.
- Loading/unloading support: Assist with the movement of palletized goods onto the docks when needed, ensuring the reach truck is safely operated in open areas.
- Communicate potential safety hazards or inventory blockages to supervisors immediately to prevent operational slowdowns.
- Participate in cycle counting efforts, using the reach truck to access and verify inventory in high rack locations.

work hours: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

qualifications:

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
