Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with possible Saturday shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments for outpatient clients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients achieve their mobility goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation using MEDITECH electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy techniques and outpatient rehabilitation
• Proficiency with MEDITECH charting system
• Knowledge of exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment
